Information reference on the state of budget revenues in 2020

Operational indicators
- GDP according to the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine (9 months of 2020) – decrease of 5.5% (including by 3.5% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).
- Growth rate of total revenues from payments controlled by the STS for 11 months of 2020 is +10.7%.
- January – November 2020
(general fund of the state budget):
Indicative – 431.4 billion UAH;
In fact – 472.7 billion UAH.
Over-fulfillment is +41.4 billion UAH,
Comparing to last year: +62.1 billion UAH or + 15.1%.
On the 24th of November 2020, the annual target revenues indicators of general fund of the state budget determined for the STS were fulfilled.
Including the VAT (for January – November):
Indicative (balance) – 70.5 billion UAH;
In fact – 108.2 billion UAH.
Over-fulfillment is +37.8 billion UAH or + 53.6%,
Comparing to last year: +31.9 billion UAH or 1.4 times more.

Indicative (balance) – 47.8 billion UAH;
In fact – 53.3 billion UAH.
Over-fulfillment is + 5.5 billion UAH + 11.5%,
Including the VAT, its over-fulfillment is +6.3 billion UAH or 2.1 times more than the indicative.
Comparing to last year, revenues growth was +1.8 billion UAH, incl. the VAT +3.2 billion UAH or 1.4 times more.
- Amount of the VAT claimed for reimbursement during January – November 2020 is 122.9 billion UAH. 128.7 billion UAH was reimbursed.
In November, the amount of 12.6 billion UAH of the VAT was claimed for reimbursement and was fully reimbursed (12.6 billion UAH).
