Meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council on tax issues was held

Meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council on tax issues was held within the framework of Communication Tax Platform.

The next meeting was devoted to discussing taxation issues and analyzing systemic problems faced by the taxpayers.

Participants considered problematic issues received from taxpayers to the address of the Business Ombudsman Council. These included functioning of the electronic VAT administration system, execution of court decisions by the STS, etc.

It was noted that currently the STS reimburses all funds claimed by taxpayers in a timely manner. In addition, due to the growth of VAT revenues, the STS returns unreimbursed amounts of tax accumulated at the beginning of this year.

STS specialists provided comprehensive answers to questions, as well as advised on innovations expected in 2021.

It will be recalled that work of the expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council is provided by the Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation signed in November 2020 by the STS and the BOC.
