Tax specialists revealed fraudulent actions with electronic digital signature

Tax specialists of Donetsk region revealed budget losses in the amount of 7.7 million UAH.

As a result of fraudulent actions, unidentified individuals stole electronic digital signature of the enterprise of the real sector of economy and misappropriated the VAT limit amount in its system of electronic administration. As a result of further illegal use of the tax credit, the budget lost more than 7 million UAH.

Materials were attached to the criminal proceeding on the grounds of criminal offenses under Part 1, 4 Article 190, Part 1 Article 209, Article 129 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
