Tax specialists exposed tax evasion scheme totaling 13.1 million UAH

Tax specialists jointly with employees of Main Directorate of the SFS in Chernivtsi region exposed tax evasion scheme during construction of apartment buildings.

It was established that an individual sold real estate (apartments) without paying the relevant taxes, as a result of which the budget suffered losses in the amount of 13.1 million UAH.

Criminal proceeding under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal code of Ukraine was entered in the Unified Register of Pre-trail Investigations.

Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
