IMPORTANT TO KNOW: working regime of the Taxpayer Service Centers for the period of enhanced quarantine

Taxpayer Service Centers are open from 8 hours 00 minutes up to 17 hours 00 minutes (Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.) with a lunch break at 12 hours 00 minutes up to 12 hours 45 minutes and with sanitary technical breaks and ventilation every two hours for 10 – 15 minutes. On the eve of holidays and non-working days, the duration of work is reduced by one hour.

State Tax Service of Ukraine recommends taxpayers to refrain from visiting Taxpayer Service Centers unnecessarily. Especially if problem with which the taxpayer is going to apply to the TSC can be solved remotely (online or by mail).

Using the menu “Correspondence with the State Tax Service” at the private part of the Electronic Cabinet, the taxpayers have opportunity to send a letter (request, appeal, etc.) to the relevant body of the State Tax Service in a pdf format (2 MB limit).

Log in to the Electronic Cabinet is carried out at the address: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the official web portal of the State Tax Service. Electronic Cabinet works constantly (24 hours on the date of each calendar day), except for the time required for its maintenance.

Reception of all incoming correspondence, including applications for services, is carried out exclusively through correspondence boxes, correspondence regime in the Electronic Cabinet in a pdf format (limit 2 MB) or by mail. 

If the reason for application is urgent and requires a mandatory visit to the TSC, we ask the taxpayers to make a preliminary appointment by phone of the relevant TSC and follow recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to reduce the impact and transmission of acute respiratory viral infections.
