Tax specialists exposed sale of real estate without paying taxes

Tax specialists jointly with Main Directorate of the SFS in Kyiv region exposed illegal activities related to the sale of property real estate rights (housing) to individuals – buyers without reflecting income in citizens’ property and income declaration. Such actions led to budget losses totaling 14.9 million UAH.

Committed actions have signs according to which responsibility under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal code of Ukraine is provided. Materials collected by specialists of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Kyiv region were included in the criminal proceeding. Investigation is ongoing.
