Tax specialists exposed the land tax evasion scheme totaling 5.6 million UAH

Tax specialists of Cherkasy region exposed the land tax to evasion scheme payable to local budgets in the amount of 5.6 million UAH.

Specialists of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Cherkasy region detected that the business entity undermined the land tax rate when paying it to local budgets and also partially did not reflect available land plots that are in its ownership in the reporting.

Committed actions have signs of violations for which the responsibility under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal code of Ukraine is provided. Materials were attached to the criminal proceeding. Investigation is ongoing.
