Tax specialists exposed the value added tax minimization scheme totaling more than 4 million UAH

Tax specialists exposed illegal formation of the VAT tax credit by the agricultural producer – single tax payer of Group IV.

Specialists of the Anti-money laundering department of the STS in Kherson region, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city detected that the agricultural producer systematically documented the purchase of various goods in order to reduce the VAT tax burden. However, their use is not related to the economic activity of the enterprise. Amount of understated taxes amounted to more than 4 million UAH.

Criminal proceeding under Part 1 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was registered. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
