Tax specialists exposed tax evasion scheme for sale of imported cars totaling more than 210 million UAH

Tax specialists of Volyn region exposed tax evasion scheme for sale of imported cars totaling more than 210 million UAH.

Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate the STS in Volyn region detected that business entities – importers sold imported cars to individuals for cash without reflection of operations in tax accounting.

Due to the use of this scheme, a number of business entities evaded taxes totaling more than 210 million UAH.

Committed actions have signs according to which liability under Part 5 Article 27 and Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is provided. Materials were attached to the criminal proceeding. Investigation is ongoing.
