Tax specialists exposed tax evasion of the single social contribution totaling more than 3.2 million UAH Chapter: News

Tax specialists of Lviv region, within the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceeding entered to the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, exposed payment of wages “in the envelopes”on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 Article 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate the STS in Lviv region detected that the business entity paid unofficial wages to its employees, which led to the non-payment of single social contribution totaling 3.2 million UAH.

Taken measures resulted in charging the full amount of unpaid single social contribution totaling 3.2 million UAH to the budget in February 2021.
