20.9 million UAH of penalties were applied for cognac without excise stamps Chapter: News

Specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region during actual audit of producer of alcohol beverages exposed storage, transportation, sale of product “Cognac of Ukraine ordinary processed” “Three stars” in units of measurement dal (in bulk in tank trucks) without the appropriate marking of excise tax stamps of established standard.

Norms of the Law of Ukraine as of 19.12.1995 № 481/95-VR “On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel” were violated.

Penalties totaling 20.9 million UAH were applied to the specified producer for storage, transportation and sale of alcohol beverages without excise tax stamps of the established standard.
