Individuals – entrepreneurs additionally registered 13 thousand RCO / its software version as a result of explanatory work Chapter: News

STS and its Main Directorates in regions carried out explanatory work with all single tax payers of Group II – IV (individuals – entrepreneurs) who are obliged to use registrars of calculated (settlement) operations / its software version from January 1 of the current year, regarding the obligation and convenience of their usage.

13 thousand RCO / its software version were additionally registered according to results of explanatory work, which is three times more than the number of RCO that the taxpayers of these groups had.

Reminder! From January 1, 2021 to use the RCO / its software version are obliged business entities that carry out:

sale of technically complex household appliances that are subject to warranty repair;

sale of medicines, medical devices and provision of paid services in the health care sphere;

sale of jewelry and household products made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.

Other business entities of the specified areas of activity should note the need to comply with legislative requirements on the application of RCO / its software version.

Additionally, please note that responsibility for the non-application of RCO / its software version is provided by Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On application of registrars of calculated (settlement) operations in trade, catering and services” as of 06.07.1995 № 265/95-VR.
