Tax specialists exposed tax evasion scheme totaling more than 7 million UAH from the sale of imported cars

Tax specialists of Mykolaiv region exposed tax and fees evasion scheme in large amounts.

It was detected that officials of the enterprise – importer of cars sold them to individuals without reflection of these operations in the financial and tax accounting and unreasonably issued tax invoices for the sale of these cars to other business entities.

Data on the commission of criminal offense under Part 5 Article 27 and Part 2 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for aiding and abetting evasion of taxes and fees in large amounts amounting to more than 7 million UAH was entered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations.
