Natalia Kalenichenko: Almost 1.5 thousand local communities have access to tax informationChapter: News
State Tax Service of Ukraine introduced electronic notification of local self-governments from the 1st of January 2021.
“During January – March 2021, the number of 1469 territorial communities received reporting in terms of income sources and reporting submitted by 425 thousand taxpayers – legal entities on the amounts of accrued and paid taxes, amount of the tax debt and overpaid amounts in the respective territories” – stated Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization Natalia Kalenichenko.
In order to receive reporting, the official (authorized) person of the territorial community needs to take only four steps:
Step 1. Enter private part of the Electronic cabinet link https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua. Once identified, two tabs will be available:
reporting in terms of income sources;
reporting in terms of taxpayers – legal entities.
Step 2. Receive reporting in terms of income sources monthly, not later than the 10th day of the month, as of the 1st day, cumulatively at the beginning of year.
Step 3. Submit a request for reporting in the context of taxpayers – legal entities in the form J1604001 and receive a receipt in the form 2. Date of receipt in the form 2 is the date of acceptance of request by the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service for consideration.
Step 4. Receive reporting in terms of taxpayers – legal entities, which will be available to local communities within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of request in the tab “Reporting by taxpayers – legal entities” as of the 1st day, cumulatively at the beginning of year.
