IMPORTANT TO KNOW: working schedule of the State Tax Service regarding acceptance of tax reporting and provision of administrative services during the quarantine period

Working schedule of the Taxpayer Service Centers (TSC)

Reception of visitors in the Taxpayer Service Centers is carried out from Monday to Thursday from 08 hours 00 minutes up to 17 hours 00 minutes, Friday from 08 hours 00 minutes up to 15 hours 45 minutes.

Please note! In regions where there is a “red” level of epidemic danger, the TSC work on a schedule for provision of emergency services in case of urgent need by preliminary appointment (by phone or e-mail) in compliance with all sanitary norms and measures to prevent the spread and coronavirus infection of taxpayers and employees of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service.

Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are posted on the sub-sites of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service and on the entrance groups in the TSC.

Acceptance of all incoming correspondence, including applications for services, is carried out through boxes installed in the TSC, as well as through correspondence in the Electronic Cabinet or by mail.

In case of emergency situations, leadership of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service may decide to change working schedule of the TSC. Payers will be informed about this by announcement on the relevant website of territorial body of the State Tax Service and directly in the TSC.

For the quarantine period in regions where a “red” level of epidemic danger is established, reception of payers at the TSC is carried out by preliminary appointment for a specific hour of reception (by phone or via e-mail) to provide emergency services in the relevant case.

Acceptance of all incoming correspondence, including applications for services, is carried out exclusively through mailboxes, as well as through correspondence in the Electronic Cabinet in pdf format or by mail.

Employees of the TSC of the STS who provide information to taxpayers on the status of electronic reporting and other electronic services will work in usual working schedule by the phone number 0800-501-007 (direction 1*1 and 2*1).

IMPORTANT: if you have SARS symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.) or have recently been in contact with patients with COVID-19, please stay at home and refrain from visiting the TSC!
