Embezzlement and legalization of budgetary funds totaling almost 170 million UAH was exposed

Tax specialists detected facts of damages to the state enterprises during 2019 – 2020 in the amount of 170.0 million UAH.

In the course of analytical research, employees of Main Directorate of the STS in Donetsk region established the facts of transfer of budgetary funds by state institutions to a number of enterprises with fictitiousness signs for allegedly obtained coal products. Origin of these products is not established by the supply chain, as follows funds were used for processing and legalization.

Criminal proceeding has been instituted.
