Tax specialists exposed sale of foreign food products without confirmation of customs clearance for 8 million UAH

Tax specialists exposed sale of food products of foreign origin for more than 8 million UAH. Herewith, the legality of importing products to the customs territory of Ukraine wasn’t documented. This fact was detected by specialists of the Tax audit department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Khmelnytskyi region based on the results of audits of individuals – entrepreneurs.

These products were sold through a network of stores of a popular brand. As a result of the sale of food products of foreign origin through fictitious persons, the state budget was estimated to have received less than 2.5 million UAH of tax revenues.
