12.5 tons of unaccounted fuel was seized from the business entity as a results of conducted audit

Tax specialists, during the actual audit with employees of Main Directorate of the SFS in Cherkasy region, detected the sale of fuel without relevant license for the retail trade on the Boryspil-Dnipro-Zaporizhzhia highway.

This is a violation of the Law of Ukraine as of 19.12.1995 № 481 “On the state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel”.

Absence of flowmeters-counters, level gauges-counters of fuel was also established, which are violations of norms of the Sub-paragraph 230.1.2 Paragraph 230 of the Tax code of Ukraine.

In addition, excisable products (fuel) unrecognized in manner prescribed by the law were found, which violated the Law of Ukraine as of 06.07.1995 № 265/95-VR “On the use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, catering and service”.

Fines in the amount of 609.0 thousand UAH were applied to the business entity and 12.5 tons of unaccounted fuel for the total amount of 281.8 thousand UAH was seized as a result of conducted actual audit.
