Formation of tax credit for the non-commodity operations totaling more than 88 million UAH was exposed

Tax specialists jointly with Investigative department of Main Directorate of the SFS in Luhansk region exposed putting goods / services of unknown origin into turnover.

Specialists of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region identified that a group of individuals, using controlled economic entities, formed an artificial tax credit for enterprises of the real sector of economy by substituting the nomenclature of goods. Amount of losses caused by the operation of this scheme amounted to more than 88 million UAH.

Specified facts are worked out within a criminal proceeding entered into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations on the grounds of offenses under Part 1 Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
