Natalia Kalenichenko: STS has processed almost 2.7 billion electronic documents since the beginning of 2021

STS continues to introduce modern IT solutions in taxation sphere. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the STS for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization Natalia Kalenichenko during meeting of the STS’s Board.

According to her, currently 3 million payers use 100 services in the E-cabinet. Also, more than 20 current services are provided by the “InfoTAX” chatbot in Telegram and Viber messengers.

Number of the “InfoTAX” users in 2021 has already more than doubled and currently stands at 32 thousand.

STS provided development of 216 electronic forms of reporting documents and electronic services during the first quarter of 2021. The updated Register of electronic document forms which is posted at: https://tax.gov.ua/elektronna-zvitnist/platnikam-podatkiv-pro/informatsiyno-analitichne-za/ is constantly published on the web portal of the STS.

In total, the STS has processed almost 2.7 billion electronic documents since the beginning of 2021.

Effective cooperation of the State Tax Service, Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ministry of Finance of Ukraine resulted in available services for citizens on the Portal “Diya”.

Last year the number of 97.3 thousand people used comprehensive services of child’s registration in the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers during the state registration of the birth of a child “E-Malyatko” and the “ID14” during the registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the card form for the first time (aged 14-18).

Since May 2021, the STS has introduced 6 new electronic services in the application “Diya”, namely in the “My taxes” section:

- registration and accounting data,

- data on the status of settlements with the budget,

- income information,

- bank account data,

- tax reporting,

- authorization with the Qualified electronic signature “Diya”.

3 thousand people have already used these services for the first 7 days of their operation.
