STS fully complied with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the open dataChapter: News

STS to comply with requirements of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 03.03.2021 № 407 “On amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 21.10.2015 № 835 and as of 30.11. 2016 № 867” that entered into force on 28.04.2021 has published all 5 new data sets on the Open Data Portal and the STS’s web portal:

- Financial reporting (reporting of financial position (balance) and income reporting and other comprehensive income (reporting of financial results) submitted as an annex to reporting tax reporting (reporting new) for the annual tax (reporting) period according to Paragraph 46.2 Article 46 of the Tax Code of Ukraine

In addition, the STS has published a new data set “Directory of enterprises, institutions, organizations and territorial bodies of the information manager and organizations belonging to sphere of its management, including their identification codes in the Unified state register of legal entities, individuals – entrepreneurs and public associations, official web sites, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, locations”, which is assigned to all information managers. This directory contains information in machine-readable format, in particular regarding the Heads of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service, location, e-mail addresses, subsites of the STS’s web portal, working schedules, etc.

Reminder! According to the specified Resolution, the STS additionally assigned 5 data sets for publication and further updating. As follows, 46 basic data sets in the form of open data are assigned to the State Tax Service.
