New open data is openness of the State Tax Service

STS reaffirms its openness, particularly by publishing new data sets that are used by a significant number of the public for official and / or personal purposes.

STS without dwelling exclusively on the data sets, which are enshrined in the following Resolution, on its own initiative published 2 new data sets in the form of open data:

- License register of economic entities that received licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes

- License register of economic entities that received licenses for the wholesale of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes

Data sets contain information on licenses issued to economic entities that received licenses for the wholesale, retail sale of liquids used in electronic cigarettes, indicating the licensing authority, name (title) of the economic entity, license number and its validity period.

Herewith, it should be noted that the STS published 5 new data sets in the end of May, which are assigned to the STS in the updated Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 03.03.2021 № 407 “On amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 21.10.2015 № 835 and as of 30.11.2016 № 867”.

Reference: New datasets published in May:

- Financial reporting (reporting on financial position (balance) and reporting on income and other comprehensive income (reporting on financial performance) submitted as an appendix to the tax reporting (reporting new) for the annual tax (reporting) period according to Paragraph 46.2 Article 46 of the Tax Code of Ukraine;

- Register of budget grant recipients;

- Register of applications for installments, deferral of monetary obligation or tax debt;

- List of vehicles carrying fuel or ethyl alcohol;

- Information on payers who have debt (arrears) from the single contribution to obligatory state social insurance.
