STS continues to inform users about existing convenient and modern E-services of the Electronic Cabinet.

Having a wish to register a child in the State register of individuals – taxpayers (hereinafter – the State register) by the Electronic Cabinet, one of the parents may electronically submit an Application for registration in the State register (assignment of tax code) for a child(-ren).

In the private part of the Electronic Cabinet (“EC for citizens” mode) it is possible to submit an Application form № 1DR (Account card of individual – taxpayer (1DR)) using a qualified electronic signature.

Application must be accompanied by: a scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate and a scanned copy of the identity document of one of the parents (if the identity documents do not contain information on registration of residence / stay of the person or such information is entered into a contactless electronic medium implanted in these documents, it is necessary to attach registration document of residence / stay).

Tax body is selected during submission of Application form № 1DR by means of the Electronic Cabinet, where one of the parents wishes to receive a Taxpayer’s card.

Processing result of the Application is reflected in the Electronic Cabinet “Answer № 2 Final”.

Receipt of the Taxpayer’s card is carried out in the Taxpayer Service Center of the State Tax Service with: a child’s birth certificate and an identity document of one of the parents (if the identity documents do not contain information on registration of residence / stay of the person or such information is entered into a contactless electronic medium implanted in these documents, it is necessary to attach registration document of residence / stay).
