Taxpayers, attention! Regarding acceptance of Declarations on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products)

Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 15.04.2021 № 218 “On amendments to the Form of Declaration on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) and the Procedure for compiling and submitting Declaration on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products)” (hereinafter – Order № 218 ), which amended the Form of Declaration on the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products) (hereinafter – Declaration) and Procedure for compiling and submitting the Declaration, comes into force on 22.07.2021.

For declaring by producers and importers of tobacco products of the maximum retail prices for excisable goods (products), which are introduced from 01.08.2021, without the need to re-submit (according to the new form approved by Order № 218) Declarations submitted from 15.07.2021 to 21.07.2021 (inclusively), Declarations under the code of the form J / F0208901 will be accepted till 25.07.2021 (inclusively).

Acceptance of Declarations in the Form approved by Order № 218 will be additionally announced.
