STS started training employees of the territorial bodies on digitalization

State Tax Service of Ukraine, with participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, started training employees of its territorial bodies on digitalization.

The purpose is to ensure effective organization of the STS’s activity in terms of quality services to payers with the use of modern digital technologies.

For the State Tax Service of Ukraine development of the service component and digitalization of services for taxpayers remains a priority. That is why initiatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, which make it easier for taxpayers to obtain services, are always supported by the STS.

Training will last from July to August 2021 in the form of Zoom webinars and will touch all employees involved in the servicing of payers.

Training with participation of specialists from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will particularly cover issue of how to use the mobile application “Diya” to obtain copies of digital documents (sharing documents) during the provision of administrative services in the STS’S service centers, as well as how to obtain tax services on the Portal “Diya”.

Testing of employees of the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service, who took part in it, will be organized and conducted to check acquired knowledges.
