More than 4 thousand unregistered employees were identified during the inspection campaign

More than 4 thousand employees with whom employment relationships weren’t registered have been identified in the course of inspection campaign of the State Labor Service with informational support of the State Tax Service as of 20.07.2021.

Employment relations were registered with 1690 employees during the inspection visits.

Cases have been identified where employers, contrary to the legislative requirements and ignoring warnings, allow 10 or more employees to work without prior employment registration.

For example, during the inspection visit to an entertainment complex in Kryvyi Rih city of Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of 13 employees was admitted to work without proper employment registration. As of today, bringing individual-entrepreneur to responsibility established by law is being resolved.

It should be noted that the STS constantly monitors dynamics of individuals’ employment both by industry and region and by separate taxpayers.

This provides a risk-oriented approach to the organization of control measures of those employers who have the greatest risks of using undeclared employment.

Employers be aware and use employment of properly registered employees.
