Information reference on the budget revenues in January – July 2021

Strategic goals of the State Tax Service are unchanged and clear.

State Tax Service remains a reliable partner for honest taxpayers. Actual implementation of reforms and expert recommendations of the Public Financial Management Support Programme of Ukraine (EU4PFM project) has already proved its effectiveness and allows to achieve high practical results in filling budgets of all levels.

Result:

July 2021:

Indicative figure – 37.9 billion UAH;

In fact – 39.5 billion UAH.

Over-fulfillment is + 1.6 billion UAH

Comparing to last year: +9.9 billion UAH or 33.5%.

 

Including the VAT:

Indicative figure (balance) – 13.1 billion UAH;

In fact – 13.5 billion UAH.

Over-fulfillment is + 0.3 billion UAH or 2.3%.

Comparing to last year: + 3.0 billion UAH or 29.1%.

 

January – July 2021:

Indicative figure – 311.9 billion UAH;

In fact – 330.5 billion UAH.

Over-fulfillment is + 18.6 billion UAH

Comparing to last year: + 31.1 billion UAH or +10.4%.

 

Including the VAT (January – July 2021):

Indicative figure (balance) – 79.4 billion UAH

In fact – 85.9 billion UAH

Over-fulfillment: + 6.5 billion UAH or + 8.2%

Comparing to last year: + 26.8 billion UAH or by 45.4% more!

 

86 billion UAH of the VAT was reimbursed to taxpayers in full during January – July 2021, while the VAT amounts claimed for reimbursement (according to operational data) amounted to 83.8 billion UAH.
