Form of the one-time (special) voluntary declaration and Procedure for its submission have been approved

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 02.08.2021 № 439 “On approval of form of the one-time (special) voluntary declaration and Procedure for its submission”, that come into force starting from 01.09.2021, has been registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 19.08.2021 № 1090/36712.

Reminder! Starting from 01.09.2021 begins the one-time (special) voluntary declaration by citizens of Ukraine of assets (located in Ukraine and / or abroad), which belong to them on property rights and for which, according to the law and / or international agreements, taxes or fees were not paid or not in full amount.  

The one-time (special) voluntary declaration will be made by submitting the one-time (special) voluntary declaration to the State Tax Service of Ukraine through private part of the Electronic Cabinet in section “One-time (special) voluntary declaration”.
