Dear colleagues, compatriots!

I congratulate you all on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine and its Independence Day!

30 years of Independence is a sufficient period to make conclusions and speak confidently about changes not only in the political, economic and cultural life of our society but also about changes in our citizens’ minds. During this time, a desire of Ukrainians to be free in their country was confirmed. This desire is transformed into the civic virtues of Ukrainians. Our citizens want to live in reliable state governed by the rule of law, to conduct business honestly and transparently. And this desire coincides with vision of the State Tax Service: where tax and business are equal partners.

I thank to each citizen and business representative who paid their taxes honestly. This became a foundation for economy and made it possible to survive in difficult times and today gives hope for Ukraine’s development as a progressive European state.

State Tax Service, as an institution, passes a path of its formation side by side with the state. The Service becomes transparent, service-oriented, modern, mobile, high-tech and builds a real partnership with business. Understanding the complexity and inevitability of change gives even more motivation for further successful achievements in the tax sphere.

Real treasure and potential of our country is its citizens and I believe in success on the path of improvement and transformation in Ukraine.

I wish comfort, prosperity and peace to all families. May the holidays be pleasant and wherever you are, in any corner of our country or world, may you always have the yellow and blue flag and a sense of pride for your country!
