More than 8 million UAH of the personal income tax was not paid by individual who worked without business entity’s registration

Tax specialists of Rivne region jointly with sub-divisions of Main Division of the SFS in Rivne region established illegal implementation of business activity by individual for the sale of products through the card accounts. At the same time, the business entity’s registration and registration of individual – entrepreneur in the STS’s bodies of a specified individual was absent.

Total amount of income received from the sale of products is more than 45 million UAH.

As follows, as a result of violation of the legislative tax requirements, losses caused to the state due to the non-payment of personal income tax to the budget amounted to more than 8 million UAH.

Currently, these facts are being worked out by the Main Department of the SFS in Rivne region within the framework of criminal proceedings filed with the ERDR on the grounds of offenses under Part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
