Ministry of Digital Transformation and State Tax Service: 2 years of joint revolutionary projects

Ministry of Digital Transformation in cooperation with the State Tax Service has created and successfully implemented a number of revolutionary projects in 2 years.

Result of joint work was the creation of new opportunities for taxpayers. In just 3 months since the introduction of 7 the most requested tax services on the portal “Diia”, which provides transparency, simplicity, convenience for provision of public services to citizens and business online, the STS has processed more than 20 million requests, 220 thousand requests daily.

Also other successful projects that have long been appreciated by citizens:

“E-malyatko” – registration of a person in the State register of individuals during the state registration of a child’s birth and obtaining a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the first time (ID14). More than 162.4 thousand babies were registered in the State register of individuals during the state registration of a child’s birth, also more than 112 thousand people aged 14-18 were registered receiving a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the first time.

Digital taxpayer’s registration number – reflection of information in electronic form contained in the Taxpayer’s card in mobile application “Diia”. More than 6.2 million people have already used this service.

Document sharing – electronic reflection of information contained in digital documents during registration procedures, making changes or obtaining information from the State register of individuals. More than 4 thousand people took the opportunity to provide E-document to receive administrative service.

Our common goal is to implement digital transformation projects in the taxation system, with a help of which it is as convenient and simple as possible to administer and pay taxes. One of our priorities remains integration with the portal “Diia”.
