State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that reporting has been completed as of 30.09.2021 according to requirements of Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and Government of the United States of America on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), ratified by the Law of Ukraine “On Ratification” as of 29.10.2019 №229-IX.

1145 reports were submitted at the end of reporting period; the IRS (US Internal Revenue Service) received 1138 reports.

We thank all the financial agents who participated in the FATCA reporting.
