Embezzlement and legalization of funds of the state agricultural society was exposed

Employees of Main Directorate of the STS in Donetsk region in cooperation with Investigative Department of Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk region exposed damages in the form of embezzlement and legalization of funds of the state agricultural society in the amount of 22.2 million UAH.

Transfer of funds of the state agricultural society for allegedly conducted agricultural work to accounts of business entities that did not have labor and technical potential to perform the work was revealed. Amount of damages to the state agricultural company amounted to 22.2 million UAH.

Materials are investigated within a criminal proceeding on the grounds of criminal offenses under Part 3 Article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
