New seminar for employees on the features of one-time voluntary declaration campaign was held at the STS

On the 27^th of October was held a seminar for employees of territorial bodies of the STS devoted to issues that the taxpayers have filling in declarations during the one-time voluntary declaration, procedure for conducting internal verification of declarations and strengthening explanatory work.

Technical issues that the taxpayers have when filling in declarations, actions of the STS’s employees to help payers and algorithm for internal audits were analyzed.

“Internal audit carried out by tax authorities reveals logical and arithmetic errors made by the taxpayers when filling in the declaration. I emphasize that the STS accepts information specified in the declaration and does not verify origin sources of the declared assets” – emphasized Head of the Administration of self-employed individual’s personal income taxes and levies unit of the STS Tatiana Migas.

The need to extend explanatory measures for payers and provide maximum information regarding the process of one-time (special) voluntary declaration in formats acceptable to payers was also emphasized during the seminar.
