Tax officials exposed understatement of income from the sale of housing for individuals

Tax officials conducted analysis of financial and economic activities of the business entity, which was involved in construction and sale of housing for individuals during 2019 – 2020. Analysis was conducted by employees of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region according to materials of Main Department of the National Police in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Excess of allowable amount of income for the single tax payer and understatement of tax liabilities totaling 4.6 million UAH were exposed.

Materials are investigated by the Investigative Department of Main Department of the National Police in Ivano-Frankivsk region within ф criminal proceeding on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
