Consolidated budget received more than 97.4 billion UAH of excise tax and license fees for operations with excisable products during January – November 2021. This is 110.2% to the indicative target. Consolidated budget received 9.5 billion UAH in November 2021, which is 109.4% to the indicative target. Revenues have increased by 16.5% or 13.8 billion UAH comparing to January – November 2020 and by 21.5% or 1.7 billion UAH comparing to November 2020.
State budget received 7.5 billion UAH of excise tax from the main types of produced excisable goods (alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and fuel) in November 2021, which is 1.1 billion UAH or 17.2% more than in October this year and by 0.8 billion UAH or 12.5% more than in November last year.
These indicators were achieved, in particular, due to interaction of the State Tax Service of Ukraine with the National Police of Ukraine and other authorized state bodies aimed at combating offenses related to illegal production and retail trade of excisable products.
2360 business entities were audited during joint activities in the fuel production and turnover during November 2021. The number of 643 administrative protocols were drawn up for revealed offenses, 42 criminal proceedings were initiated, as a result of which 237 gas stations were closed down, of which 13 were dismantled, 8336 tons of fuel worth 201.4 million UAH was seized from turnover. 86518 business entities were audited in the field of illicit trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products, 5047 administrative protocols were drawn up and 141 criminal proceedings were initiated. 246931 liters of alcohol, 102307 liters of ethyl alcohol, 1243799 packs of tobacco products, more than 400 kg of crushed tobacco and 3595 excise stamps with the counterfeit signs were seized from violators.
