State Tax Service of Ukraine took part in the annual “Career Marathon” event

Representatives of the HR Management Department took part in the annual three-day online “Career Marathon” event organized by the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

Tax authorities presented information materials on the topic: “Career Marathon. STS’s Open Day 2021” to help students and graduates of the university in making right informed choices, forming a view of future profession and career planning in the State Tax Service and its bodies.

Main tasks and functions of the State Tax Service were highlighted during event, organizational structure of the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies were presented. To increase involvement of candidates for vacant positions in the STS, conditions for entering the civil service and participation in competition for vacant positions of the STS were explained in detail; basic principles of adaptation of newly appointed employees were highlighted; internships in the STS and internships for students of higher educational institutions were discussed.

Participants were able to get thorough answers to questions, most of which were related wages and vacancies in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
