More than 5 thousand actual audits were carried out based on the information analysis results in data accounting system of registrars of settlement operations

As of today in Ukraine there is a system of data accounting of registrars of settlement operations, which provides effective collection of copies of settlement documents and fiscal reporting checks from all registrars of settlement operations operating in Ukraine on legal grounds in the STS’s information system.

Information data accounting system of registrars of settlement operations is the only source of information in Ukraine regarding settlement operations conducted by all business entities (in terms of activities, taxes and products) and has wide practical application in daily work of the STS, government agencies, local governments, public organizations and business entities.

STS constantly uses information from information data accounting system of registrars of settlement operations, in particular, for analytical and control work.

Volume of settlement operations carried out through registrars of settlement operations, availability of all necessary requisites in settlement documents, compliance of prices with legislative requirements are analyzed. Also, data from information data accounting system of registrars of settlement operations are compared with other reporting data for their compliance.

Particular attention is paid to business entities that:

have revenues that do not exceed the minimum cost of maintaining facilities;

carry out the sale of excisable products (alcoholic beverages) at prices below the established minimum retail prices;

have discrepancies between data from registrars of settlement operations / its software version and other reporting data, etc.

STS organized and conducted more than 5 thousand actual audits of risky business entities based on results of information analysis, as a result of which 222.7 million UAH of fines (financial sanctions) were applied.

At the same time, please note that the STS has created electronic service that allows buyers of products (services) to search and view fiscal cashier’s check, which is formed by registrars of settlement operations / its software version.

After making a purchase, customers can view the fiscal cashier's check by using E-service “Search for a fiscal check"”, which operates in the open part of “E-cabinet”. Access to service is provided in real time (24/7/365) without identification. Electronic check is searched by its fiscal number and date.
