STS improves its information services, focusing on the taxpayers’ needs

State Tax Service of Ukraine is working to improve its information services, focusing on the taxpayers’ information needs. Taxpayers have opportunity to read tax information at any convenient time using the Public Information Resource (ZIR).

Taxpayers can:

- find answers to questions of interest in the Knowledge Base;

- get acquainted with changes in tax legislation and subscribe to newsletters about them;

- learn about 20 relevant answers to questions daily;

- focus on the Tax Calendar when submitting reports and paying taxes;

- make a transition to chat of the Contact Center of the State Tax Service;

- evaluate answers to questions.
