Tax officials explain changes in usage of registrars of settlement operations / its software version

STS and its territorial bodies are carrying out explanatory work regarding legislative innovations regarding usage of registrars of settlement operations.

More than 142 thousand taxpayers, including 132 thousand individuals – entrepreneurs were informed about innovations in usage of registrars of settlement operations / its software version during the informational and explanatory campaign from 21.01.2021 on the introduction of registrars of settlement operations / its software version and features of their application from 01.01.2022.

Tax Audit Department of the STS, during 11 months of 20201, provided about 750 own and approved 550 regional individual tax consultations on issues related to usage of registrars of settlement operations / its software version.

In the first and fourth quarters of 2021, targeted information was provided to individuals – entrepreneurs, separately the single tax payers of Group I regarding the right not to use registrars of settlement operations / its software version from 01.01.2022, as well as single tax payers of Groups II – IV as they have such obligation in the case of settlement operations from 01.01.2021.

Interactive tutorial for inventories accounting by taxpayers is created and posted on the web portal of the State Tax Service and its subsites in connection with entry into force on 26.11.2021 of Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 03.09.2021 № 496 “On approval of Procedure for inventories accounting for individuals – entrepreneurs, including single tax payers”.

In addition, the Taxpayer Service Centers of Main Directorates of the STS and its official pages have up-to-date information regarding STS’s officials authorized to provide consultations on usage of registrars of settlement operations / its software version.
