Illegal seizure of funds of the state-owned enterprise totaling more than 14 million UAH was exposed

Tax officials exposed illegal seizure of funds of the state-owned enterprise totaling more than 14 million UAH in Kyiv region.

It was established that during works on the lands of forest fund of one of the forestries of Kyiv region, officials of the state-owned enterprise entered inaccurate information in acts of performed works, which led to illegal seizure of funds.

Criminal proceeding under Part 3 Article 191 and Part 1 Article 209 of the Criminal code of Ukraine was registered. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
