What is the business entity’s algorithm of actions sending Notifications in the form № 4-PRRO with marks “Start of switching PRRO to offline mode” and “End of offline mode”?

Sub-paragraphs 6 and 8 Section V of Procedure of registration, maintenance of register and usage of software registrars of settlement operations, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 23.06.2020 № 317 “On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 14.06.2016 № 547” with changes and amendments (hereinafter – Order № 317) stipulates that during the switch of software registrar of settlement operations (abb. PRRO) to offline mode, an electronic Notification regarding settlement operations in a period of lack of communication between the software registrar of settlement operations and the fiscal server must be formed in the form № 4- PRRO (hereinafter – Notification in the form № 4-PRRO), given in Annex 4 to the Procedure (identifier J / F1316901) with a mark “Start of switching PRRO to offline mode” and assignment of such document with a fiscal number from the range of fiscal numbers generated by the fiscal server according to Procedure for determining the range, issuance, reservation, use of fiscal numbers assigned to electronic settlement documents during operation of software registrar of settlement operations in the offline mode, approved by Order № 317 (hereinafter – Range). Such Notification is stored on the PRRO until it is transmitted to the fiscal server after re-connection between PRRO and the fiscal server.

After re-connection between the PRRO and the fiscal server at the moment of PRRO’s exit from the offline mode, an electronic Notification in the form № 4-PRRO with a mark “End of offline mode” with appropriate fiscal number from the Range and package of data of established format, containing Notifications about switching PRRO to offline mode, electronic copies of settlement documents and / or electronic copies of fiscal reporting checks (control tape) and Notifications about end of offline mode using electronic signature of a person performing settlement operations or electronic seal of the business entity on which the PRRO is registered must be formed. Specified data package is sent to the fiscal server within one hour after establishing connection with the fiscal server.

Herewith, business entities (PRRO users) do not generate or send Notifications in the form № 4-PRRO to the fiscal server, as it is formed automatically by PRRO itself when switching to offline / online mode.
