Usage of registrars of settlement operations / software version and inventory accounting from 01.01.2022

Individuals-entrepreneurs – single tax payers of Group I are not obliged to use registrars of settlement operations / software version and keep inventory accounting.
Individuals-entrepreneurs – single tax payers of Groups II – IV are obliged to use registrars of settlement operations / software version but not obliged to keep inventory accounting, if they do not sell technically complex household products subject to warranty repair, medicines and medical devices, jewelry and household products made of precious metals, precious stones and semi-precious stones or are not the VAT payers.
That is, of the total number of individuals-entrepreneurs – single tax payers of Groups II – IV an obligation to keep inventory accounting applies only to payers who are registered as the VAT payers or sell:
technically complex household products subject to warranty repair;
medicines, medical devices;
jewelry and household products made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.
