Tax officials as part of the interdepartmental working groups conducted almost 3.5 thousand audits of gas stations

3464 audits of gas stations were conducted with participation of representatives of tax authorities in the interdepartmental working groups in 2021.

3357 violations of tax and other legislation were revealed, which resulted in additional accrual of 529.7 million UAH of fines (financial sanctions). Fuel for 59.5 million UAH and equipment worth 8.5 million UAH were seized from illicit turnover.

Reminder! Activity of the interdepartmental regional working groups established at regional state administrations was intensified during 2021 by Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 24.12.2019 to overcome critical situation in the oil and gas market according to the Protocol of meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 03.03.2021 № 29.

Such groups are working together to combat illicit turnover and retail sale of fuel in Ukraine.

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine with representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine, State Labor Service of Ukraine, State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine, State Food and Consumer Service, Ministry of Justice and prosecutors participate in 26 permanent working groups to work out the gas stations.
