STS received 197 requests for public information in January 2022

State Tax Service of Ukraine received 197 requests for public information in January 2022.

Of the total number: 157 requests were received by mail, 37 by e-mail and 3 in another form.

The biggest number of requests for public information was sent by individuals, namely 124 requests. The number of 66 requests for public information was received from legal entities in January 2022. The number of 7 requests was received from mass media representatives.

According to consideration results: 106 requests were satisfied with provision of information, 47 requests were refused due to the non-compliance of requests with the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 № 2939-IV “On access to public information” and 44 requests were sent back as inappropriate.
