STS: consumers have opportunity to report about violations in the retail tradeChapter: News
State Tax Service draws attention of consumers of products (services) to the possibility of informing about significant violations in the retail trade.
Buyers have opportunity to contact the STS in the case of:
business entities’ refusals regarding the possibility of payment for purchased products (services) by payment card;
non-usage of registrars of settlement operations its software version for settlements during sale of excisable products;
sale of alcoholic beverages, in case of prohibition of such sale by the local administration, during the marital law, etc.;
other violations.
Informing about the violations it is necessary to:
introduce yourself: indicate the name and surname of the calling person;
provide feedback for communication (information): postal address and contact phone number;
provide clear information about the violator: full address of the object (settlement, street name and house number (buildings), title of the stop, etc.), name of the object (supermarket, shop, kiosk, etc.), name of the subject if possible;
clearly indicate which violation was detected.
Received information will be taken into account and used in the organization of control and verification work to eliminate violations committed by business entities.
