State Tax Service, during the martial law, continues consideration of citizens’ appeals regarding violations of tax legislation

State Tax Service promptly responds to information received from citizens about violations of tax legislation known to them, in particular, in settlements, licensing, retail sale of excisable products and registration of labor relations. Actual audits are carried out on the basis of received appeals regarding possible violations and violators are brought to legislative responsibility.

More than 450 such complaints have been received by tax authorities since the beginning of war.

We urge citizens involved in economic activities in trade sphere, restaurants and services to comply with the law and established rules, as well as warn about the inevitability of action according to requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislation controlled by tax authorities.
