Control over international taxation is the third webinar of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council

Topic of the third webinar of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was "Control over international taxation: what has changed?".

Acting Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the State Tax Service Kateryna Ryzhenkova, her colleagues and Department specialists spoke about changes in the transfer pricing, features of reporting and tax control.

They also talked about the controlled foreign companies, their reporting, issue of the controller’s tax residency, tax-free liquidation, as well as payment of passive income and control over non-residents.

According to the current practice, all questions that taxpayers asked the tax officials about during the webinar will be processed in order to provide answers.

Kateryna Ryzhenkova also called on the participants to actively use webinars as a platform for communication with representatives of the State Tax Service to promptly obtain necessary information and explanations.

The next webinar will be held on 14.06.2022, during which peculiarities of business relocation in Ukraine will be considered.
