"Business relocation: what are the conditions of taxation and reporting?" was the topic of the fourth webinar organized by the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council.

Acting Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the State Tax Service Kateryna Ryzhenkova told about the business relocation peculiarities in Ukraine, what to pay attention to moving the company to another region and what is the reporting procedure.

Question of avoiding double taxation relocating abroad was also discussed.

For effective communication, representatives of the State Tax Service immediately provided answers to questions of webinar participants in a chat. With those questions that need some detail, it is suggested to apply for clarification either directly to the Tax Service or to webinar moderators for further processing.

On June 21, two webinars will be held at once, topic of the first – "VAT and war: how do these two phenomena coexist now?", the second – "2% single tax: is it really that simple?".
