Violations amounting to 34.4 million UAH were detected during actual audits of currency exchange points in JulyChapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine provides constant control over activities of business entities, including those that carry out transactions of buying and selling foreign currencies on territory of the state.

Taking into account the significant volatility of foreign currency exchange rates during the marital law, some business entities evade obligation to register currency exchange transactions through the RRО/PRRО understating their income and, accordingly, payment of taxes to the state budget.

Bodies of the State Tax Service have already organized more than 1100 actual audits of currency exchange points and discovered violations amounting 34.4 million UAH during July 2022.

At the same time, as a result of measures taken by the State Tax Service, the number of individual settlement transactions of purchase and sale of foreign currencies, fiscalized through the RRО/PRRО, at currency exchange points has almost doubled and volume of currency circulation has increased by 48%.

Such dynamics will have positive effect on the amount of tax deductions to the state budget by business entities in this sphere.
